Shipping Policy
1) Sportiquo intends to deliver any of your Product(s) to the delivery address designated by you with our local delivery partner.
2) Sportiquo intends to deliver the Product(s) within the shipping time that Sportiquo predicts and indicates at the time you place an order (and when Sportiquo sends you an Order Confirmation), but Sportiquo may not, at the time you place an Order, guarantee the exact day or the time you will receive an Order Confirmation. Sportiquo agrees that at any time, it intends to try to deliver the goods within 14 to 21 business days from the day of the Goods Order. However, Sportiquo may not guarantee the exact arrival time of delivery of the goods.
3) Sportiquo intends to notify you immediately in the event of any delay in shipping the goods to you beyond the estimated shipping time. However, under the limitation permitted by law, Sportiquo has no responsibility for any losses, shortages, expenses, damages or additional costs arising from the delay in shipping.
4) At the time of receiving your Product(s), you may be required to sign a receipt of the goods. You agree to inspect the goods first to check in case of any damages, shortages or errors prior to signing the receipt of your ordered goods. You should keep your Order receipt in case it may be needed at a later date for discussion with Sportiquo regarding the Product(s).
5) Please note that Sportiquo never covers customs duties and taxes. You may be charged taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the authorities because duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item or in the overall shipping costs you pay.
6) Please be aware of any possibility that Sportiquo may not be able to deliver to certain locations. If this is the case, Sportiquo will notify you using the contact information provided to us at the time you place your Order, and Sportiquo will immediately arrange for cancellation of the Order or suggest delivery to any other alternative address.
7) Sportiquo shall deliver any goods using the standard packaging of Sportiquo. If you have any request for packaging other than Sportiquo’s standards, Sportiquo may impose a fee for the request.
8) Titles and all risks to a product will pass to you upon signing of a receipt of goods as proof that you have received the product, save that in the event of any delay in delivering the goods due to a violation of your responsibilities as referred to herein, the risks will pass on the date on which the delivery of goods has arrived. Under the limits determined by the applicable laws and regulations, from the time the responsibility for these risks passes to you, Sportiquo will not be liable for any losses or damages to the goods once the titles of the product pass to you.
9) You must be careful when unboxing your goods to prevent damage, particularly when you use sharp things.
10) You must ensure that you can safely receive your ordered goods without delay and within the time determined by Sportiquo.
11) In the event that you are unable to receive your Order delivery, Sportiquo may immediately leave a card containing instructions for re-delivery or means to collect the goods from the carrier designated by Sportiquo.
12) In the event that the delivery of goods or the collection of goods by yourself as referred to in provision 10 above, is delayed due to your refusal to receive the goods as the result of any errors not caused by Sportiquo, or if you do not (within two weeks of Sportiquo’s first attempt to deliver the goods to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, Sportiquo will (without affecting the rights or indemnity rights of Sportiquo) do any or both of the following:
a)charge a fee from you when you finally decide to collect such goods for a reasonable storage fee as long as the goods are not collected and any other reasonable costs incurred by Sportiquo; or
b)make the Goods to be no longer available for delivery or collection and Sportiquo will notify you that Sportiquo will annul the Contract bound to the Order. Sportiquo will immediately refund you or your company credit card or debit card in accordance with the payment you have made according to the relevant Contract, provided that the refunded money shall be reduced by an administrative fee, (including any expenses of Sportiquo for attempting to deliver and return the Product, and the storage fees as mentioned by Sportiquo in provision 11 above).
13) You are liable for ensuring that the Product(s) are sufficient and satisfy your wishes and your requirements. Sportiquo makes no assurance whether the product(s) will meet your requirements. You accept that the product(s) are standard and not promised to meet any requirements you may have.
14) You agree that once payment has been made, you may not request a purchase cancellation for any reason.
15) You understand that in the event of unavailability of any product(s) at the time of ordering for any reason, Sportiquo will notify you via e-mail, short message, or telephone as listed on the Website that the product is currently not available and will ask your willingness to wait, make a refund, or choose any other option. The refund process shall be made no later than 14 business days upon receipt of notification.
