Refund and Returns Policy
- Product returns can only be made if the product received is not suitable, or the product received is damaged by the factory. Product returns can be submitted by contacting our customer service on the Sportiquo Website sportiquo.com.sg .
- If you receive a damaged or unsuitable product, you can submit a replacement for a similar product or a refund to us within three days of receipt.
- The product must have never been used, the product tag is not damaged and in the packaging of the original brand (if any). This policy only applies to all products other than clothing products.
- Products must have been received by Sportiquo before a refund or similar product replacement can be made.
- We do not accept returns made in person.
- If you choose to exchange a similar product, Sportiquo will process the replacement product packaging within 7-14 working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Once you get a confirmation from Sportiquo, you have to send the goods to the following address :

- If you choose to receive a refund, Sportiquo will process the refund to your card issuer within 7-14 working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
- You need to ensure that the product we receive is in the same condition as when you received it and is packaged properly. If the item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the product back to you.
- You may be charge for return shipping fees.
